At Terracotta and Dokra Gift Item, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted terracotta and dokra products. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Note: Since our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Items returned without original packaging
Customized or made-to-order products
Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID, clear images/videos of the product, and reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and stock availability.
6. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
